LeBron’s girlfriend gives birth to son
Associated Press

CLEVELAND – LeBron James’ girlfriend, Savannah Brinson, gave birth early Thursday to the couple’s second son, Bryce Maximus James.

Keith Estabrook, a spokesman for the Cleveland Cavaliers star and his family, said Bryce weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces and was 21 inches long. He was born at 12:51 a.m. at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital, near his father’s hometown of Akron.

“Savannah and the baby are healthy and doing well,” Estabrook said.

The boy was born as the Cavaliers prepared to host the San Antonio Spurs in Game 4 of the NBA finals Thursday night. The Spurs are one win from a four-game sweep.

The 22-year-old James and his girlfriend had their first child, LeBron James Jr., in October 2004.

New Cover to SI

LeBron again graces the cover of Sports Illustrated just before we start the Finals… no curses please.

Check out all of the magazine covers here.

Alternate Added… Finally

Almost two years after it was unveiled, I finally got around to adding the blue alternate jersey to the site.

Check ’em all out on the jerseys page.

RISE UP!!

Couldn’t make to the game yesterday, didn’t want to pay $1000 to get in the door? Well, some dood hooked it up and filmed the last minute of the game and the post game ceremony, all from his center court, lower bowl seat (not jealous, by the way).

Two things, 1.) I can’t believe Gary Glitter’s “Rock and Roll Part 2” is still the go to song during victory celebrations and 2.) Holy swear word! The Cavs are in the finals. It’s been a ride.

2007 Eastern Conference Champions!

How Sweet It Is!

Historical Significance

LeBron’s big day helped the 2006-2007 squad reserve a special place in Cavaliers History.

By scoring 48 points, grabbing 9 rebounds and dishing out 7 dimes AND getting us the win, the Cavs now have 3 wins in the Eastern Conference Finals…

This gives them more finals wins then Bingo and Austin’s Miracle club of 1976 or Price and Brad’s 1992 club…

In other words: We are looking at the best Cavaliers team in the history of its existence.

Congrats
