More accolades for LBJ…olades

Lebron was once again named Eastern Conference Player of the Week. This is the second time this season Lebron has taken the honor, first capturing it back on Nov. 21 after a week that saw the Cavs go 4-0 and Lebron average 29pts, 8 rebs, and 5 assits, including a triple-double over Philia. This past week he averaged 33.8pts, 8.5rebs, 7.5 assists and 2.3 steals, again leading the Cavs to a 4-0 record with the ultimate highlight coming in a comeback victory over the Phoenix Suns.

Lebron also spurned the league office and will not compete in the Slam Dunk Contest during the All-Star break festivities. Opting instead to compete in the Skills Challenge. For those of you who don’t know what the Skills Challenge is, it’s the other event that takes place on All-Star Saturday night that nobody cares about.
